Descriptions and photos on the site are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity, particularly regarding colors or finishes.

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
RhinoChoco reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price applied will be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Placing an order on www.rhinochoco.net implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
RhinoChoco reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Purchases are paid through secure payment platforms: Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal.
The order is confirmed once payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Free delivery in France, Switzerland, and Belgium.

Estimated timeframe: 5 to 12 business days.
Shipments may be fulfilled directly by our logistics partners to speed up processing.
During periods of high demand, occasional delays may occur. In such cases, you will be notified by email and a tracking link will be sent as soon as your order ships.

RhinoChoco cannot be held responsible for additional delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do so, simply email your request to info@rhinochoco.com.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

8. Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied, RhinoChoco offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt.
